Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop sales pipelines.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure long-term success.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing solutions and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Manage and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales possibilities.
  • Generate new business through existing and potential customer networks.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close deals.
  • Participate in industry events to network and develop relationships with new clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve optimal results.
  • Prepare reports to analyze and summarize sales activities.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service by adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in IT sales
  • 4-5 years of experience within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) in English and Arabic
  • A demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • The ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop solutions
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
  • A valid Kuwaiti driver’s license is mandatory
