Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about our luxurious perfumes, their prices, and availability.
- Actively listen to customer needs and concerns to find solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Efficiently manage all customer interactions and document issues and resolutions in the company database.
Qualifications:
- Arab Nationality: Must be a citizen of an Arab country.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and common office software.
- Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
