Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about our luxurious perfumes, their prices, and availability.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and concerns to find solutions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to a high volume of inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chat.
  • Efficiently manage all customer interactions and document issues and resolutions in the company database.

Qualifications:

  • Arab Nationality: Must be a citizen of an Arab country.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers and common office software.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
