Card Production Officer Opportunity in Kuwait

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Card Production Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the production and issuance of bank cards (credit, debit, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process new card applications and ensure all information is accurate.
• Manage card production workflow using bank card systems (PowerCard Switch and CMS).
• Personalize cards with customer information and security features.
• Verify and activate issued cards.
• Maintain accurate records of card production activities.
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., customer service) to resolve card production issues.
• May also utilize the KNET portal for related tasks (depending on specific duties).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Understanding of banking card systems and processes (a plus).
• Experience using bank card systems like PowerCard Switch and CMS (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (banking experience a plus, but not mandatory).
