House Of Light is excited to announce an opening for a Digital Marketing role at our location in Al Asimah, Kuwait, within the free trade zone. This is a full-time, on-site position aimed at enhancing our brand presence and managing marketing operations effectively. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Generalist who can creatively strategize and pragmatically execute marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our social media channels, planning events, collaborating with external agencies, and contributing to content creation and branding initiatives. Your ability to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Social Media Management: Direct all aspects of our social media strategy, ensuring engagement, brand consistency, and positive interaction with our audience.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of company exhibitions and events from start to finish.
  • Advertising Management: Handle billboard reservations and placements to ensure optimal visibility aligned with our marketing campaigns.
  • Agency Collaboration: Work closely with marketing agencies on content creation, including video production, to ensure high-quality outputs that resonate with our brand message.
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage the purchasing of branding materials and promotional items to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Development: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas, giveaways, and social media strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Design Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill their design and branding needs, ensuring all materials meet company standards.

Daily Tasks

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Content Management: Regularly update content for platforms like Instagram, ensuring fresh and relevant material.
  • Creative Discussions: Communicate with the Art Director to align on creative directions and outputs.
  • Strategic Meetings: Hold regular meetings with the CEO and direct manager to discuss marketing strategies, results, and upcoming projects.
  • Cross-Department Interaction:
    • Executive Communication: Engage daily with the CEO and direct manager for approvals, feedback, and strategic planning.
    • Sales Collaboration: Work with the sales team to gauge customer engagement and feedback from both physical stores and digital platforms.
    • Financial Coordination: Collaborate with the finance department to manage the marketing budget and ensure timely processing of marketing-related payments.
    • Content Accuracy: Consult with engineering and other technical teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should have:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and event management.
  • Social Media Skills: Proven ability to manage social media platforms and generate engaging content.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and content creation software.
