Responsibilities:
- Create, classify, store, and retrieve various documents according to established filing systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document control records.
- Track document revisions and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest versions.
- Control document distribution and access.
- Manage document security and confidentiality.
- May perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
- Proven ability to organize and manage large volumes of documents effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in Arabic typing.
