Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Contribute to the development of banking solutions using Java and other modern technologies.

- Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure that developed systems meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in software development, with proven experience working in Agile teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented development.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and the .NET framework.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit) and performance testing.
- Knowledge of WebLogic Server and microservices is a plus.
- Best Practices: Knowledge of pair programming, continuous integration, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience or knowledge of the Retail Banking domain is a significant advantage.
