Job Introduction:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and providing prompt and effective support to internal users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring network devices, and ensuring optimal performance of all IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to computers, networks, and software applications (discuss specific areas during interview).
  • Provide technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as switches and access points.
  • Manage local and remote network connectivity.
