We are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join a reputed organization in Ardhiya, Kuwait. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT and proven experience in technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Configure and maintain operating systems, switches, access points, and local/remote networks.
- Manage surveillance systems and ensure their proper functioning.
- Assist with the implementation and support of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document and track technical issues and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Proven work experience of at least 3 to 5 years in IT support.
- Experience with operating systems, configuration of switches, access points, and networking.
- Knowledge of D365 (Microsoft Dynamics ERP).
- MCSE and CCNA certifications are preferable.
- A valid Kuwait Driving License is also preferable.
