Trainers & Coordinators

DreamzTree Institute, a respected institution with branches in Kuwait (Mangaf & Salmiya) and Kerala (Konni, Pathanamthitta), is urgently seeking qualified IELTS Trainers and Academic Coordinators to join their growing team. IELTS Trainer Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging IELTS test preparation classes.
• Create effective lesson plans and course materials aligned with the IELTS curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their desired IELTS scores.

Academic Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage student enrollment, registration, and academic records.
• Coordinate with trainers and other staff members to ensure smooth program execution.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with students, parents, and faculty.
• Oversee administrative tasks related to the academic program.

Qualifications (for both positions):

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, English Language, etc.) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a teaching or educational setting.
• Proven experience with IELTS preparation for ideal candidates (Trainers).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
