Job Introduction:
As an Event Organizer, you will play a key role in planning and managing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings and parties. Your ability to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure flawless execution will be essential to the success of these events.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and plan events based on client requirements and objectives.
- Develop event budgets and manage costs.
- Select venues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee event setup, logistics, and breakdown.
- Manage event day-of operations and troubleshoot any issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).
- Previous experience working in Kuwait (preferred).
- Willingness to work long hours, especially during peak event seasons (weddings, parties).
