Responsibilities

Order Management:

  • Adhere to all processes and procedures established by the Ordering Department.
  • Break down vehicle order guides into simple Excel summaries for different trim levels across all models.

Supplier Communication:

  • Communicate with manufacturers to resolve system issues and ensure all orders are placed within set guidelines.
  • Track orders to ensure they are built and shipped according to agreed timelines with manufacturers.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on new products set to be launched, keeping abreast of market trends and innovations.
  • Monitor ordered variants/colors and take corrective action on slow-moving inventory to optimize stock levels.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • Relevant internship or coursework in supply chain management or automotive operations is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and team members.
