Responsibilities
- Student Health Monitoring: Provide primary healthcare to students, including basic first aid, administering medications, and managing health emergencies.
- Health Education: Promote health and wellness through education, guiding students on hygiene, nutrition, and personal care.
- Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records for students, including medical histories and immunization data.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder in case of medical emergencies within the school premises.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school administration and teachers to identify and manage students’ health needs.
- Parental Communication: Communicate with parents or guardians regarding any health issues or medical care provided during school hours.
- Health Screenings: Conduct routine health checks such as vision, hearing, and general health assessments for students.
Qualifications
- Nursing Qualification: Must be a certified ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife).
- Experience: Preferably 1+ years of experience as an ANM Nurse in a school or healthcare setting.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with children, staff, and parents.
- Compassionate Care: Demonstrates a caring and empathetic approach to working with children of all ages.
- Visa Status: Must have a transferable visa to work in Kuwait.
