Job Introduction:
As an Early Years Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children. You will work alongside other caregivers to provide a variety of educational and developmental activities that promote physical, social, and emotional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities for children.
- Assist children with daily routines, such as toileting, mealtimes, and nap times.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to young children.
- Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.
- Observe and document children’s progress and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and teachers.
Qualifications:
- Early childhood education qualification or relevant experience (preferred).

- Valid Kuwaiti residency visa with a transferable Article 18 visa (mandatory).
