We are seeking a qualified Home Care Assistant/Nurse to provide compassionate and professional care to patients in Hawally, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in nursing or a BSN, along with relevant experience in home care settings. This is a full-time position requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and assistance to patients in a home care setting.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to family members or healthcare providers.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide emotional support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Minimum of 24 months of relevant experience in home care or nursing.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
