Responsibilities
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping our HCM technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst, particularly with Oracle EBS R12 HCM.
- Familiarity with HCM Cloud solutions is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Kuwait Labor Law and VAT regulations is a plus.
