Payroll Officer / Senior Payroll Officer – Kuwait

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Payroll Officer / Senior Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team in Salmiya, Kuwait. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit required government reports and forms.
• Manage payroll system and updates.
• Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and tax filings.
• Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in Kuwait.
• Proficiency in using payroll software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ADP).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
