Positions and Responsibilities

Recruitment Officer:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Handle onboarding and employee induction processes.

Payroll Officer:

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee benefits and deductions.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Interior Designer/Architect:

  • Design and plan interior spaces in accordance with client needs and preferences.
  • Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture arrangements.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.
  • Stay updated with current design trends and innovations.

Qualifications

Recruitment Officer:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Payroll Officer:

  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.

Interior Designer/Architect:

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design or architecture.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

Benefits

  • Recruitment Officer: KD 350-450 per month.
  • Payroll Officer: KD 350-450 per month.
  • Interior Designer/Architect: Salary as per experience.
