Positions and Responsibilities
Recruitment Officer:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Handle onboarding and employee induction processes.
Payroll Officer:
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage employee benefits and deductions.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Interior Designer/Architect:
- Design and plan interior spaces in accordance with client needs and preferences.
- Create detailed design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture arrangements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.
- Stay updated with current design trends and innovations.

Qualifications
Recruitment Officer:
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Payroll Officer:

- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations.
Interior Designer/Architect:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
Benefits
- Recruitment Officer: KD 350-450 per month.
