Responsibilities

    • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing front desk operations efficiently.
  • Communication:
    • Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic to interact effectively with customers and team members.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry, is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Female candidates of Arab nationality preferred.
