Female Receptionist Position at Medical Clinic in Salmiya (Kuwait)

ARMSPolyclinic in Salmiya, Kuwait is seeking a qualified and professional Female Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors to the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical charts (as permitted by your qualifications).
• Process patient payments and insurance information.
• Assist patients with completing forms and navigating the clinic facilities.
• Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese, or Syrian nationality (only).
• Age between 20 and 29 years old.
• Previous experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
• Valid residency visa (Article 18) that can be transferred to the company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and patient demeanor with a focus on customer service.
