- Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Ensure outstanding customer care and handle inquiries regarding appointments, reservations, and guest concerns professionally.
- Front Desk Operations:
- Supervise front desk operations to ensure optimal service and hospitality are provided.
- Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Send a daily night report summarizing the day’s operations.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in a salon or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and good knowledge of Arabic.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to front desk operations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Presentable and punctual, committed to delivering excellent service.
