Responsibilities

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide a warm and welcoming reception for all customers.
    • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
    • Ensure outstanding customer care and handle inquiries regarding appointments, reservations, and guest concerns professionally.
  • Front Desk Operations:
    • Supervise front desk operations to ensure optimal service and hospitality are provided.
    • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries efficiently.
    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Send a daily night report summarizing the day’s operations.
    • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings effectively.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in a salon or similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and good knowledge of Arabic.
    • Proficient in computer applications relevant to front desk operations.
    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
    • Presentable and punctual, committed to delivering excellent service.
