Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments, providing basic information in a friendly manner.
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Organize and manage schedules, ensuring no conflicts in appointments and meetings.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare weekly and monthly reports, coordinate meetings, and take minutes during important sessions.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain important files and documents in an orderly manner for easy access.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the management team, including preparing presentations and drafting reports.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
