We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. This role is essential for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within our organization.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle office correspondence and maintain records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Relevant diploma in any field.
  • Adequate experience in reception office management, customer service, or public relations.
  • Full proficiency in both Arabic and English (reading, speaking, and writing).
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
