  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Nationality: Arab nationalities only.
  • Gender: Female candidates preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
