Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including handling mail and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and managing conference room bookings.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Nationality: Arab nationalities only.
