Responsibilities (may vary):
- Greet visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
- Perform basic data entry and document preparation tasks.

Qualifications:
