Receptionist Needed (Full-Time) – Kuwait

A reputable company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities (may vary):

  • Greet visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages accurately.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
  • Perform basic data entry and document preparation tasks.
  • May be responsible for some light bookkeeping or other administrative duties (depending on the company).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a receptionist or similar administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not mandatory for all candidates with strong experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
