Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution:
    • Sell Ooredoo services and products (e.g., physical and electronic recharge, SIM cards) to dealers, sub-dealers, and other market channels.
    • Utilize strong communication and persuasive skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and fulfilling their needs to encourage retention and identify new opportunities.
    • Conduct daily visits to clients, ensuring productive engagement through QR check-ins.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Drive distribution KPIs, including Gross Add, DUAO, QUAO, and QURO, to meet monthly sales targets.
    • Ensure Ooredoo brand visibility and presence at Points of Sale (POS) with appropriate BTL materials.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Report on market challenges, competitor offers, and promotions to inform management’s strategic decisions.
    • Stay informed about market developments and updates to effectively adapt sales strategies.
  • Professional Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions set by management.
    • Proactively seek self-improvement opportunities in sales techniques and industry knowledge.
  • Collaboration:
    • Share expertise and insights with colleagues to enhance team performance.
    • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to departmental communication plans.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within telecommunications or consumer electronics.
    • Strong understanding of local market conditions and dynamics.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a dynamic and friendly personality.
