Female Sales Staff

A full-time female sales staff position is available at a reputable company in Al-Rai, Kuwait. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience in sales. Candidates must have a transferable Visa 18.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash and process sales transactions accurately.
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team in merchandising and maintaining the store’s appearance.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and stock levels.

Qualifications:

• Must be female with a transferable Visa 18.
• Unmarried status is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred (discuss during the interview).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage (discuss during the interview).
