Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests promptly and with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide security and control at the front desk, managing guest registrations and check-ins.
- Address and follow up on telephone inquiries and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Direct guests to fitness consultants and manage appointment scheduling.
- Handle retail and concession sales, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, cleaning and upkeeping as necessary.
- Log maintenance concerns and report incidents to management for resolution.
- Follow proper opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Nationality Preference: Kuwaiti or Arab nationalities.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of 320 – 400 KWD, depending on experience.
- Monthly commission based on yearly commission structure and monthly sales targets.
