Front Desk / Sales Associate Needed in Kuwait

A leading company in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk / Sales Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing exceptional service and contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and with enthusiasm.
• Provide security and control at the front desk.
• Check-in members and manage guest registration.
• Address and follow up on telephone inquiries and messages.
• Direct guests to fitness consultants and manage appointments.
• Handle retail and concession sales.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform with nametag.
• Reserve time for gym activities and process sales transactions.
• Clean and maintain the front desk area.
• Log maintenance concerns and report incidents to management.
• Follow proper opening and closing procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills with staff and members.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures.
• Functional computer skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Kuwaiti or Arab nationality (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Age 35 or younger.
