Solid MENA is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales of construction or aluminum products by building relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and identify potential customers within the construction or aluminum industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
- Process and manage sales orders.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports (discuss during interview).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies (discuss during interview).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an indoor sales role, preferably in the construction or aluminum industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent understanding of technical specifications related to construction or aluminum products.
- Ability to effectively translate technical information into clear and concise terms for clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales opportunities.
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of the Kuwait market and customer base is a significant advantage.
