Job Introduction:
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview potential candidates (discuss during interview).
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records (discuss during interview).
- Manage employee benefits and payroll (discuss during interview).
- Process employee leaves and absences (discuss during interview).
- Administer employee training and development programs (discuss during interview).
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures (discuss during interview).
- Maintain positive employee relations and address any concerns (discuss during interview).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism (essential).
- Valid Kuwaiti residence visa (Article 18) with transferability (mandatory).
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
