A leading construction materials company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth by actively prospecting for new clients and building strong relationships within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to promote the company’s construction materials.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable terms and conditions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and track sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
