Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Manage online and phone reservations, assisting customers throughout the booking process.
  • Payment Handling: Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information.
  • Guest Registration: Register guests by collecting and entering necessary information into the system.
  • Customer Welcome: Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Information Provider: Offer guests detailed information about our gym services, membership packages, and promotions.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to client complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Retention: Maintain membership sales and retention programs to achieve or exceed financial targets for memberships.
  • Closing Procedures: Execute membership sale closing procedures, including handling applications, contracts, and payments.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Prior work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Customer Service Skills: A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotational basis, including shifts if required.
