Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience: Prior work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
- Customer Service Skills: A customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotational basis, including shifts if required.
