Responsibilities
Sales
- Actively promote products and services to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Maximize sales transactions and strive to achieve and exceed pre-set sales targets for cash, credit, warranties, and accessories.

- Convert sales opportunities into successful transactions.
- Create sales invoices and efficiently use BO & POS applications to process sales.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service with a presentable appearance and a positive attitude.

- Understand and anticipate customer needs, offering product recommendations based on individual requirements.
- Expedite the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clearly explain delivery, installation, return, and exchange policies to customers.

Operations
- Stay updated on all in-store promotions, discounts, and credit offers.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company information, including sales figures.
- Follow company safety and security procedures at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks, reporting any issues to stock control and showroom management.
- Ensure accurate pricing and proper display of products according to planograms.
- Keep the sales area organized, clean, and accessible for customers.
- Master computer applications such as Outlook, SAP, POS, and BO for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years in sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Good communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
