We are seeking a motivated and experienced female Sales Coordinator & Customer Service professional for a shipping and logistics company in Kuwait City. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in freight forwarding and customer service, with immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales and customer service activities related to freight forwarding and logistics.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Process orders and manage shipment documentation and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and follow-up on leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping and logistics sector.
- Transferable Visa 18.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Female candidates only.
