A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Sales cum Business Development Manager is available in Al Qurain, Kuwait. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the catering and F&B industry, who can bring new clients to the business while managing the catering department. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Arabic-speaking clients and be ready for an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new clients to expand the business.
- Leverage experience in the catering and F&B industry to drive growth and manage key accounts.
- Manage the catering department, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly in the Arabic-speaking market.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the catering and F&B industry.
- Proven track record of securing new clients and managing successful client relationships.
- Fluency in English; ability to communicate effectively in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
