Lazurd Plaza is seeking a dedicated Sales Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing first-class customer service, guiding clients from the initial meeting and design consultation through to the delivery of finished products.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring timely contact and booking for design visits.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by inviting clients to the showroom and providing detailed quotation documents, including project requirements, details, and 3D plans.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, sales teams, and the production team to meet client requirements to the highest standards.
- Project Management: Oversee the design process, ensuring all client expectations are met and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Must Have
- Sales Experience: Proven exceptional sales experience with a strong ability to close deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in bespoke carpentry, joinery, construction, or interior design.
- 3D Design Software: Proficiency in using 3D design software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other designers and sales teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and challenges effectively.
