Delight Events is a leading event planning company in Kuwait City, known for creating memorable experiences for weddings, corporate functions, and intimate gatherings since 2019. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in growing our client base, driving sales, and contributing to the success of our events.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Pitch event planning services to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Close sales by providing customized proposals and effective negotiation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure client requirements are fully understood and executed flawlessly.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Represent Delight Events at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in the events or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage.
