We are hiring Sales Executives for various positions within our General Trading Company located in Al Rai. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to our growth. We have openings for Retail Counter Sales Executive, Junior Sales Executive, and Senior Sales Executive.
Positions Available
1. Retail Counter Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the retail counter.
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Process sales transactions efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or a related field in Kuwait.
2. Junior Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team and identify potential clients.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in Kuwait).
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
3. Senior Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and provide market feedback to improve products and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience (preferably in Kuwait).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
