Objectives of this Role
- Represent the company effectively by developing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
- Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients, tailored to their needs and lifestyles.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
- Generate leads by committing to outstanding customer service and relationship-building.
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and outcomes in the field.
- Conduct in-depth research of markets and competitors to identify opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products; research consumer needs to identify how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate and detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base.
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, employing innovative sales tactics to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts tailored to target markets.
- Utilize Salesforce tools to ensure a streamlined process throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Closing Skills: Proven experience in closing enterprise-level deals.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Track Record: Proven success rate exceeding sales quotas.
