Lamsheen Co is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to represent our company and drive sales performance. Objectives of this Role

  • Represent the company effectively by developing a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients, tailored to their needs and lifestyles.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas.
  • Generate leads by committing to outstanding customer service and relationship-building.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and outcomes in the field.
  • Conduct in-depth research of markets and competitors to identify opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company and its products; research consumer needs to identify how our solutions can meet those needs.
  • Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate and detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base.
  • Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, employing innovative sales tactics to engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate with account executives to design industry-specific outreach efforts tailored to target markets.
  • Utilize Salesforce tools to ensure a streamlined process throughout all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Three or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Closing Skills: Proven experience in closing enterprise-level deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Track Record: Proven success rate exceeding sales quotas.
