Sales Staff

A dynamic watch and mobile shop located in Farwaniya is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff to join their team. The role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail sales, particularly in watches and mobile phones. Malayali candidates are preferred, and a transferable Residence #18 visa is required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in a retail environment.
• Assist customers in selecting watches and mobile phones based on their needs and preferences.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively recommend items and answer customer inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in watches and mobile phones.
• Transferable Residence #18 visa is required.
• Malayali candidates preferred.
