Saleslady

We are urgently seeking an experienced Saleslady to join our abaya shop located in Jahra. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales, particularly in fashion or clothing, and must hold an 18 transferable visa. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their purchases and inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge about various styles of abayas and related accessories.
• Assist with the organization and presentation of merchandise on the shop floor.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a saleslady or in a similar retail sales role.
• Experience in a fashion or clothing retail environment is preferred.
• Must hold a transferable 18 visa.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus (discuss during the interview).
