We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Saleslady with expertise in chocolate products to join our team at a renowned chocolate shop. This role requires a blend of sales techniques and product knowledge to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and offering product recommendations.
- Utilize knowledge of chocolate products to assist customers and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing sales floor.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in a specialty food or chocolate shop.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong sales techniques, product knowledge of chocolates, and excellent customer service skills.
- Age: Less than 35 years old.
- Nationality: Philippines.
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed.
- Residency: Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
