In this role, you will drive top- and bottom-line growth while building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Financial Target Delivery:
    • Deliver financial targets for the Services business with allocated customers.
    • Support Sales Managers/ATL to achieve top and bottom-line targets for your area of responsibility.
    • Drive growth initiatives within the service business to ensure expansion from focus categories.
  • Customer Relationship:
    • Develop and execute account plans that integrate service contributions and time-bound objectives.
    • Understand customer needs to provide tailored, profitable value offerings from Tetra Pak’s complete service portfolio.
    • Capture and amplify the customer’s voice, addressing their concerns and closing any service gaps.
  • Accelerate Sales Funnel:
    • Prioritize opportunities based on customer needs and readiness (time and budget).
    • Nurture and develop sales leads to convert them into opportunities.
    • Accurately capture customer requirements to configure solutions that maximize mutual value.
    • Lead generation through various channels (e.g., customer discussions, marketing campaigns, tenders, etc.).
    • Develop integrated contracts and drive cross-selling opportunities.
  • Planning & Forecasting:
    • Conduct monthly forecasts for the Services business to ensure accurate production and financial planning.
  • Commercial Compliance:
    • Adhere to Tetra Pak’s commercial frameworks, including pricing, contract terms, and authorization matrices.
    • Ensure proper and timely documentation of customer files and maintain commercial compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Account Management.
  • Total of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing customer or project stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in the Service Industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional challenges.
