The INTERNATIONAL GROUP OF AAMINA is seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our retail store in Hawally, Kuwait. In this rewarding role, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase sales (discuss during interview).
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Arab nationality (fluency in Arabic is preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems (discuss during interview).
