Al Merak is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Outdoor Salesperson to join our team in Kuwait City.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and convert them into successful deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Represent Al Merak professionally during sales presentations and meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Travel to meet clients as needed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales (proven track record preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • A valid Kuwaiti driver’s license is required.
