We’re seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team at Trendy Nails Salon in Salmiya, Kuwait. We have openings for Receptionists, a Salon Supervisor, Nail Technicians, and Manicurists.

Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients to the salon.
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to clients.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and salon management software.
• Transferrable visa (Article 18 or 20).
• Ability to work flexible hours (10 AM to 8 PM, 6 days/week).

Salon Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, staff management, and quality control.
• Ensure that all salon policies and procedures are followed.
• Train and mentor new staff members.
• Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salon Supervisor or Salon Manager.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Transferrable visa (Article 18 Ahli/Shoun).
• Ability to work flexible hours (10 AM to 8 PM, 6 days/week).

Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon, including floors, work stations, and equipment.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
• Wash and sanitize salon tools and equipment.
• Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Transferrable visa (Article 18 or 20).
• Ability to work flexible hours (9 AM to 9 PM, 6 days/week).

Nail Technicians & Manicurists

Responsibilities:

• Provide a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art.
• Use high-quality products and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Manicurist.
• Strong skills in nail care and styling.
• Ability to work with various nail products and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Transferrable visa (Article 18).
• Ability to work flexible hours (10 AM to 8 PM, 6 days/week).
