Job Descriptions

• Secretary
  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to assigned staff.
    • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
    • Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and reports.
    • Answer phones and emails professionally.
    • Perform other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretary.
    • Proficiency in office automation tools (MS Office, Windows, email, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Must be based in Kuwait.
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Diesel Hydraulic Mechanic
  • Responsibilities:
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel hydraulic machinery.
    • Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
    • Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial).
    • Minimum 10 years of working experience.
    • Must be registered with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE).

  • Responsibilities:
