We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager – Factories to help us manage and grow relationships with our manufacturing partners around the globe. This is a remote full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional products and experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Successfully manage and cultivate relationships with existing factories while identifying and onboarding new partners based on business needs.
- Sales Growth: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, regularly communicating with the sales team to maximize factory value.
- Liaison Role: Act as a trusted liaison between THE/STUDIO and factories, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
- Team Collaboration: Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress, share insights, and explore new business improvement opportunities.
- Reporting: Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders, showcasing key metrics and success stories.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic approach to meet and exceed annual quotas and sales targets.
- Forecasting: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle account management experience, preferably in a startup, e-commerce, or FMCG environment.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English (C2 level) is required.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce, effectively using these tools to manage sales processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade decision-makers effectively.
- Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Remote-Ready: Must own a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, a noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection of at least 20mbps, with a designated quiet space for calls.
