A leading Oil and Gas company in Kuwait is urgently seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to support their operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in administrative functions, especially within the Oil & Gas industry.
Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Performing administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinating and managing office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Providing support to senior management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with project management and ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, with at least 3+ years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective liaison and documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Transferable Visa 18 is required.
